Introducing Copperfield

Located in Northwest Harris County just off of Highway 290 & along Highway 6, Copperfield is a series of 7 master planned subdivisions (also called 'villages') encompassing 2000+ acres of land with over 4500 homes built between 1979-2002.

Residents have access to a 10 acre community center & community park along with at least one park and a recreation or pool area designated to each village. Southcreek boasts 4 parks & 2 pools, whereas the homes in the smallest community, Easton Commons, all surround beautifully landscaped pool, park & playground area. Regardless of village size, there are numerous greenbelts & walking trails which join each village together.

Copperfield is located within the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District, which is both one of the largest school districts in the state and is a district that maintains a nationally recognized status. Three elementary schools and one middle school are within Copperfield itself, with another 2 middle schools and 3 high schools a few miles away.

Location: Copperfield Place & Easton Commons Village are both East of Highway 6. Middlegate, Northmead & Southdown Villages are along and to the West of Highway 6. Southcreek & Westcreek Villages are along FM 529 to the West. When looking for your next home in Copperfield search either by subdivision or by zip code: 77095.
